At Jhakaas Gaadi, we maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy for all our services and subscription plans. This policy is fundamental to our business model and service delivery approach.

SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS MODEL • Our services are consumable and cannot be refunded once delivered • Vehicle cleaning, maintenance, and health check services are performed on-site and completed immediately • Photo documentation serves as proof of service completion • Once a service is rendered, payment is final and non-refundable
2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS - NO REFUNDS • All subscription payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE • Monthly plans (Aarambh, Swach, Jhakaas) are prepaid with no refund option • Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable once processed • Cancellation only prevents future charges but does not refund current cycle payments • Mid-cycle cancellations do not result in partial refunds or prorated amounts
3. PHYSICAL ITEMS - NO REFUNDS • Parking guard stickers, once applied to vehicles, are non-refundable • QR code stickers become vehicle-specific and payments are final • Any promotional items or accessories provided are non-refundable • Installation or application of items finalizes the transaction with no refund eligibility
4. ONE-TIME SERVICE BOOKINGS • Individual service bookings are final upon completion • Photo proof documentation confirms service delivery and finalizes payment • No refunds will be provided for completed services • Rescheduling is possible before service execution (subject to terms) but does not create refund eligibility
5. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CUSTOMERS • No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be provided • No Service Credits: Completed services cannot be converted to future credits or refunds • No Partial Refunds: Unused portions of subscriptions are not refundable • No Cancellation Refunds: Cancelled subscriptions do not result in refunds for any paid amounts
6. EXCEPTIONS - NONE • There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this no-refunds policy • Customer dissatisfaction does not qualify for refunds • Change of location, vehicle sale, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds • Weather delays or rescheduling do not create refund eligibility • Service quality concerns are addressed through rework requests only (within 6 hours), not refunds

QUALITY ASSURANCE ALTERNATIVE Instead of refunds, we offer: • Rework Guarantee: Report service quality issues within 6 hours with photo evidence • Service Investigation: Our team reviews all quality complaints with photo proof analysis • Corrective Action: Valid concerns may result in additional service visits (not refunds) • Process Improvement: Feedback helps improve future service delivery
8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE • This no-refunds policy is legally binding upon service booking • Complies with Indian consumer protection laws for service-based businesses • Digital acceptance of terms during app booking confirms policy agreement • Payment processing constitutes final acceptance of no-refunds terms
