HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION: • Provide and deliver our vehicle cleaning and maintenance services • Process subscriptions, payments, and manage your account • Schedule appointments and optimize service routes • Document services with photo proof for quality control and dispute resolution • Send service notifications, updates, and communications (SMS/WhatsApp/Push/Email) • Improve our services and customer experience • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

PHOTO CONSENT & USAGE: • Mandatory Photo Documentation: All services include before/after photos, cleaner selfie, timestamp, and geotag • By booking our services, you consent to photo documentation for verification, quality control, and dispute resolution • Marketing Usage: We may use anonymized images for training and portfolio purposes • Number plates will be masked for public use unless explicit consent is obtained • Withdrawal of photo consent must be in writing and may limit service options

DATA STORAGE & SECURITY: • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information • Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel • We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations • Your personal information is retained as per our data retention policy
