Delete your Jhakaas Gaadi account

This page explains how a customer of the Jhakaas Gaadi app (by JHAKAAS GAADI LLP) can delete their account and personal data.

Option 1: delete it in the app

1. Open the Jhakaas Gaadi app and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

If you can no longer open the app, email support@jhakaasgaadi.in or WhatsApp +91 99004 24008 from your registered mobile number with the message “Delete my account”. We may call you to confirm it is you. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, email and addresses
• Your vehicles, parking location pins and vehicle photos
• Your service history, active subscriptions and notification tokens

Active subscriptions are cancelled when the account is deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

• Bills, invoices and payment records, because Indian tax and accounting laws require us to keep them (up to 8 years). They are not used for marketing.
• Any amount you still owe for services already provided.

In-app calls between you and our team are never recorded, so there is no call audio to delete.
